under High Magnetic Fields

Spinmotive force induced by domain wall motion in perpendicularly magnetized
nanowires is numerically demonstrated. We show that by use of nanowires with
large magnetic anisotropy, high stability of spinmotive force can be achieved
under strong magnetic fields. We observe tens of microvolt of the spinmotive
force in a Co/Ni nanowire, and even a several hundred microvolt in a FePt
nanowire, which is two orders of magnitude larger than that reported so far in
permalloy nanowires. The narrow structure and low mobility of a domain wall
under magnetic fields in perpendicularly magnetized nanowires permits
downsizing of spinmotive force devices.
